Roaches in paradise
The spacious quadruple room. It was a relief to have enough space for our kids to play after visiting local attractions.
Unfortunately, we encountered a persistent roach problem, made us uneasy. Despite notifying management, they seemed unbothered by the situation, which affected our overall experience.

Marvellous location of the hotel in the middle of jackson. Had lunch/dinner at Annam Indian Cuisine, which I found relatively near the property. The room was brand-new and clean, offered useful things, such as a microwave and a refrigerator. The bed was comfortable; and there was a bath.

Staying here with our four babies was quite manageable! The layout of the quadruple room was spacious enough for our family, especially during our trip to the nearby park. It was great to have some extra space for playtime.
For dads, it would be great if the kitchen facilities were improved.

the staff were courteous, fantastic and marvellous location in the middle of jackson. the room was exceptionally comfortable & brand-new, the bed was comfortable.

The quadruple room had ample space. The layout was great for unwinding after exploring the nearby attractions. This stay surpassed my expectations compared to previous visits in houston.

The quadruple room had generous space. It featured a kitchenette with a microwave, ideal for preparing quick meals. The air conditioning worked really well, keeping the room comfortably cool throughout my visit.

The presence of roaches and rats outside the trash area contributes to an unsettling environment, exacerbated by reported illicit activities on the hotel, especially in building 4. While some guests enjoyed the best meat offered in dining options, the overall experience was severely marred by these ongoing issues.
